El Paso County Aquatics is currently hiring seasonal staff for the upcoming swim season, including:
Seasonal Lifeguards, Lead Lifeguards, Aquatics Recreation Specialists

To support an efficient and accessible hiring process, we are also hosting an in-person Aquatics Staff Hiring Fair, which we strongly encourage interested candidates to attend.
Aquatics Staff Hiring Fair Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026 Time: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Location: Ascarate Aquatic Center 6900 Delta Dr., El Paso, TX 79905
The hiring fair is designed to move candidates forward in the same day and will include:
On-site interviews, Lifeguard skills pre-testing, Completion of availability forms, Direct engagement with Aquatics, leadership and Human Resources staff.
Candidates may apply with or without current Lifeguard certification.
