Drowning Prevention Coalition of El Paso will participate in Kids to Park Day on May 16, 2026 from 9:00am-12:30pm at Lomaland Park. Come by to learn how to choose a proper life jacket. FREE WATER WATCHER CARDS and tips on drowning prevention/water safety.
